By placing an order with us you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order rather than after.

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it. We may decline an order — for example if the artwork cannot be printed acceptably at the size requested, if a price was listed in error, or if the content is unlawful — and if we do, nothing is charged.

Prices include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. The price charged is always the price calculated by our system at the moment you place the order. Delivery is added at checkout based on your city.

Cash on delivery is collected in full by the courier when the parcel arrives. Refusing a cash-on-delivery parcel without prior cancellation may mean we ask for delivery costs before accepting a future order.

For custom and uploaded work we send a digital proof. Production begins only after you approve it. Once approved, you are responsible for the content of the proof — including spelling, dates, names and layout — and reprints for errors present in an approved proof are chargeable.

By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else's copyright or trademark. You keep all rights in your artwork; we use it solely to produce your order. We may refuse to print material that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Screens emit light and paper reflects it, so a printed colour will never match a screen exactly. Small variation between production runs is normal in printing. We match as closely as the process allows, and this variation is not a defect.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timing is in their hands. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us promptly and we will resolve it — see returns and refunds.

Cancellation is free until your order reaches the printing stage. Personalised and custom-printed items are not returnable for a change of mind. Faulty or incorrect work is reprinted at our cost. The full policy is on the returns and refunds page and forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend an account used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed events. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Studio designs, photography, copy and the design of this site belong to us. Buying a print gives you the print, not the right to reproduce, resell or license the design.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
