Shipping & delivery

Everything is made to order, so the total time is production plus delivery. Production time is shown on each product page — usually three to seven working days. Delivery then takes two to four working days depending on your city.

Orders that include custom artwork start production once you approve the digital proof, so replying to the proof quickly is the fastest way to get your order sooner.

Delivery is calculated from the city you enter at checkout. Cities not listed on this page are charged the standard flat rate.

Wall art is shipped either rolled in a rigid tube or flat in a board-backed mailer, depending on size. Cards and stationery are boxed with corner protection. We do not use plastic wrapping unless a piece needs protection from moisture in transit.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it fully and message us the same day with your order number. We reprint damaged orders at our cost — see returns and refunds for the full detail.

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. The courier collects the full order total, including delivery, when your parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
